Valeron AVA
Performance laminate for the construction industry
The product Valeron AVA manufactured by Technical Converters is a complex multi-layered laminate of aluminium foil, Valeron and polyester.
It is installed as an internal lining under the roof of poultry sheds and is specifically designed to reflect 95% of radiant heat away from a building. This is especially beneficial to poultry growers in the sun belt regions.
Being able to reflect the heat away from the poultry building improves important KPI’S to the grower such as broiler daily weight gains and egg productivity, reduced heat stress, better welfare and easier sanitation.
Initial sales in 2009 to niche growers in Japan and Australia have now grown as AVA is adopted by larger poultry integrators in India, Sri Lanka and South Africa.
Plans are already underway for expanding into the Middle East and other African markets.
This product is sold in 120 square metre rolls 1250 mm wide.
